A good meal.
If you know me, you know that I am not a very good cook. I was surprised with myself today. I decided to bake Talipia for lunch. It was sooo good. I seasoned it just about everything I could find: lemon pepper, lemon, garlic salt, minced garlic, parsley, butter, and white wine. I topped it off with a postacio-parmesan crust. We used noodles Aunt Melissa gave Seth. I thought it was the bee's knee's.
