Changing table makeover.

I decided to darken the changing table. It was the lightest piece of furniture in the nursery. I have never stained anything before. I read the directions and proceeded with sanding. What I didn't realize is that I did not sand it down enough. When I applied the stain, it stuck in certain areas and glazed over others. The finished product was a cool rustic look. I am much more pleased with this look than just the dark stain color.
