Doin' some sleddin'!

Walking to the slope!

Geared up for some fun!

A test run with Daddy!
Aunt Melissa's turn!

Me and my ladies!

On our way to the bottom!

Hitchin' a ride back to the top!

All done!
Sledding was a BLAST! I have to be honest and say that at first, I was scared. It was a long way down to the bottom of that hill! Once I gave it a go, I kept going back! Of course I had hubby in tow. I had to have a safety switch in case it all went bad.

Christmas Morning.

This is the face that woke me up Christmas morning! What a way to set the mood!

Our tired Santa!

Exploring the stockings!

Loving the reindeer basket!

Charlie fell in love with this Woodwick candle. He played with it over all the toys in front of him.

Aunt Melissa is getting really good at stained glass. This cross is Mom's 1st piece of her work!

Charlie just loves soft stuff! He gathered his clothes close to his face for a soft feel!

How Do You Spend Your VA Days?

A fun game of Christmas Bingo!

Fun prizes!

Wine and cheese makes a great supper!

Having fun at the tea place!

Taking time for cute pics!
My fav hat at our quaint lunch spot!

Lovin' being together and shopping!
Remnants of a snowball I threw at Mom!

Having fun at ALL the shops!

We loved all the pretty icicles!

This vacation hit the spot! We were surrounded by nature's beauty, each other and the Holiday Spirit! On our way home, we reflected on our trip and tossed around what we enjoyed the most. Here's a quick real of how we spent our VA (vacation) days!

The Polar Express!

All of the Montgomery men messin' with gadgets!

Waiting to see the Polar Express!

There she is, lettin' off some steam!

Singing Christmas carols!

Getting a visit and a bell from Santa! Look at my hubby! Isn't he a great Daddy?

Mommy, you're taking too many pictures!

Uncle Heath is NOT into this, but he came anyway!

Tuckered out!

Havin' a blast making my mark on the cold window!

If anyone is EVER near Durango, CO during Christmas, I HIGHLY recommend this attraction! The Durango Silverton Train in itself is famous and worth the trip, but this was AWESOME! We gathered around along the train for a show prior to boarding. Once aboard, we were served hot chocolate, cookies, read the Polar Express, sang Christmas carols and had our golden tickets stamped, all on our way to the North Pole where Santa boarded! This may have been my favorite part of the whole trip! What a BLAST!

Snow day!

My pretty Mamma!

Making the trek back up the hill!

Cool icicle!

NOT into making a snow angle!

Sledding in a Winter Wonderland!

My two fav people!

Testing the hill. Isn't our house beautiful?

Getting a push from Uncle Heath!

Weeee!

Daddy and Uncle Heath spent some time making the perfect sledding hill for Charlie. Although there was several feet of snow on the ground, it only snowed one day during our trip. We took full advantage of it!
